TAPASYA ACADEMY REGISTRATION & ADMISSION
1- Children are admitted to school at the age of 2+ for play group .
2- Admission are open to all classes .
3- Parents may register their wards by collecting the prospectus with the admission for
attached. The duly signed admission form, with the prescribed number of photographs,
Birth Certificate and Transfer Certificate from the previous school has to be submitted along
with the admission fee at the time of admission .
4- Admission are granted after a written test and a personal interviews with child .
5- Note that in all the classes the school reserves the right to grant or deny admission,
without specifying any reason .

ASSESSMENTS & IMPORTANT RULES

1- The Play Group & Nursery will have two general assessments in the whole year, the annual
promotion will be granted on the basis of these two assessments and their class room
activities during the whole year .
2- The student absent for any reason in any examination will not bee re-examined .
3- The decision of the Principal regarding the Promotion is final .
4- All letters must be addressed to the Principal and not any reason by name .
5- Parents may correspond with the teachers only through the school diary . The best teachers
6- Any child suffering from an infections or contagious disease should not be sent to the school . dont give you the answers ,
A student who has been suffering from an infectious disease must produce a authentic they just point the way and let you
certificate from the authorized medical practitioner, before that he/she is permitted to

1- An absentee must on the return to school produce a letter from his parents/ guardian duly explaining cause

2- All students are expected to attend school on the reopening day after each of the vacation. Absentee

FEE RULES
1- Fee must be deposited by 10th of each month in the school office. In case the last date happens to be
holiday, Fee should be paid on the previous day .
2- Fee paid after the due date should be deposited with a fine of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 25/- for transport charges
of a month .
3- If fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months students name will be struck off . The child will then
be readmitted on a payment of Rs. 200/- as readmission fee .
4- School fee & other dues must be cleared before unit tests and annual examination, failing which the
child will not be allowed to appear in the examination .
5- Children against whom any dues are outstanding will not be allowed to attend classes or appear in the
examinations .
6- Parent must deposit fee in advance if they wish .
7- Any fee, once paid to the school, is not refundable under any circumstances .

1- Transport facilities are provided to students subject to availability .

PARENTS/ GUARDIANS
We look forward for the cooperation of parents/ guardians in our effort to ensure all round
development of the child entrusted to our care. Meaningful and constructive suggestions are
welcome.
1- Parents are requested to check and sign the students diary every day and remarks made in
the school diary must be acknowledge and countersigned regularly by the parents .
2- Teacher have the authority to call parents regarding poor academics and indisciplined
bahviour of the ward .
3- Parents, if they themselves so desire, may meet the teacher concerned after taking the prior
appointment .
4- Criticism of teacher or school in the presence of the child is to be avoided, as it may cause
the student to lose respect for his teacher and the school .
5- Parents are expected to participate regularly in the school functions whenever they are
invited .
6- Presence of a parent in the Parent-Teacher meeting is compulsory .
7- Parents are not allowed to meet their children or teachers during the school hours without
prior permission of the principal .
8- Parents should ensure that their wards take an active part in school activities .
9- The School does not take any responsibility for loss of books, money, clothes and other
items belonging to the student .
10- English is the medium of instruction in the school and hence all students must speak English
in the school and in their private conversations .
11- Children should be escorted to and form the school by authorized persons only .
12- Parents are requested to meet the principal for the information or complaints .
13- Please observe fee schedule strictly .
14- All students should be regular and punctual. Students who arrive late may not be allowed to
attend class without permission of the Principal .
15- Students are expected to maintain high values of the school by their manners, discipline and
