Firmware Update Guide

This firmware update guide requires erasing all user data on a tablet and using an empty microSD card of at least 2GB in a single-slot card reader to recover the tablet's firmware. The process involves unpacking firmware files, using a PhoenixCard tool to burn the firmware image file to the microSD card, inserting the card into the tablet to start the update, removing and reinserting the card to format it for normal use.
