a) Adjust the levelness of one end of sill according to elevation offered by owner at first,
namely put one end of 1/600 leveling rod on the sill surface and the other end on the
decoration completion surface (provided by owner) and then measure the levelness in the
longitudinal direction. Levelness is required 1/600. Lock the bolt of landing door lower
installation support on the segment firmly as figure 2-10 shows.
b) Then put the leveling rod in the middle of sill in horizontal direction, adjust the height of
other end of support and make the whole sill level. The levelness of entire sill is required
1/600. Lock other bolts of landing door lower installation support firmly as shown in figure
2-11.

of door opening width lofting plumb lines which lie at each end of sill surface coincident as
figure 2-12 shows. Lock sill carrier groove slider bolts that connect sill support channel
and sill carrier firmly.
d) Adjust the distances between sill surface and the center of door opening lofting plumb
lines at two ends both to be 30 0+2 mm as shown in figure 2-13. Lock the bolts that
connected sill with sill carrier firmly.

by regulating the lower pulley (eccentric wheel).Correct adjustment: adjust the clearance
between the lower pulley (eccentric wheel) and the guide rail to be within 0.20.5mm, and then
lock M10 bolts. See figure M10.

Chapter III Maintenance Precautions

3.1 Wipe the guide rail of the landing door during each time of maintenance, check
wear extent of the door pulley and replacement should be made immediately if it
exceeds 1.5mm.
