All members of the team will be informed of what will be happening on the day. And they will be told what to bring and what to wear. 2. On Arrival the people who are attending will fill out a health and safety form. 3. Throughout filming health and safety checks will be made for safety measures. 4. After filming the designated cinematographer will pack up all the equipment and makes sure everything is counted for. 5. Then the designated cinematographer will take all the equipment home and hand it in to the media department in due time.
