What is SAP Activate
Methodology Roadmap?
In software implementation, the methodology (often referred to as the Implementation Roadmap)
represents a structured approach to the software implementation process. It allows work to be split into
distinct phases, with deliverables and tasks, that help project teams to better plan, execute, and manage
their implementation project.

SAP Activate Methodology Roadmap aims to assist by providing implementation project teams with a
recommended list of deliverables (the What) in each phase, a process description in the form of tasks
(the How), and accelerators (such as templates, examples, guides and web links) in an user friendly
format- helping implementations to run simple.
