NAKHEEL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (NCC)

Review Submission
A) Documents: (Clear & readable)
Cover letter stating the exact request addressed to DCUP, Dr. Ahmed Ragab Head of
planning Approvals.
Land Purchasers passport copy + Copy of 1 st Page of sales purchased agreement with
Nakheel (showing purchasers name).
NCC Undertaking letter signed off by plot owner attached.
Copy of plot demarcation certificate from NAKHEEL GIS department, Building # 1,
NAKHEEL Sales Office, Ms. Asmaa Alshehi.
Soft and Hardcopies of land/building limit survey by professional surveyor.
Copy of Receipt of Payment.
Clear Copy of updated affection plan (A4 Size).
A4 copy of projects Architecture perspective in color.
Consultant appointment letter by Building Owner.
Consultants valid trade license.
Copy of Previous approvals (NOCs) issued by NAKHEEL & TRAKHEES on Detailed
Design.
Copy of building Permit by TRAKHEES.

B) Forms:
Signed, Stamped and filled in Submission Registration (SRF) Form.

C) Drawing Hard copies: (Clear & readable in reasonable scale)


1- As Built drawings:
One Hardcopy A3 size Marked As Built

2- Building Permit Drawings:


One Hardcopy A3 size Marked As Approved

3- Variation to approved Design if any:


One Hardcopy A3 size Marked As Approved
Please note:
Drawings numbers and names to match AUTOCAD & PDF files names.
LIVE signature of Land purchaser (TPD) on every cover sheet of below copies.
Architecture drawings required are ONLY sitting layout, plans, elevations & sections.
NO window and/or Door types required.
NO Miscellaneous, wall sections and/or area details required

D) Soft copy of Projects related files, recorded on CD/DVD of the followings:


D-1) Project AUTOCAD (Clear & readable) files to be segregated as follows:
One AUTOCAD plan/elevation per file.
File name to follow drawing name.
Files format to match AUTOCAD LT 2008 or older.
File to be purged with minimum hatched areas, blocks, text styles shown.
NO scale resizing by any means.
Every plan to be segregated in separate file.

If drawings are not following above arrangements / requirements, it will end up with case
rejection.

D-2) PDF copies required:


D-2.1) segregated copies/files of all stated above in item (A&B).
D-2.2) PDF Format of projects AUTOCAD files mentioned in item (D-1) as follows:
NO security (passwords) and/or permission restrictions to be shown on any PDF file.
One plan/elevation per PDF file.
File name to follow drawing name.
Files format to match ADOBE ACROBAT Reader 6, or older.
Every plan to be segregated in separate file.
