Thisprocedureconfiguresthedeviceidentifier(DID)driverthatthereplicateddeviceuses.

BeforeYouBegin
The physschost# promptreflectsaglobalclusterprompt.Performthisprocedureonaglobalcluster.
ThisprocedureprovidesthelongformsoftheSunClustercommands.Mostcommandsalsohaveshortforms.Exceptforthelongandshort
formsofthecommandnames,thecommandsareidentical.Foralistofthecommandsandtheirshortforms,seeAppendixB,SunCluster
ObjectOrientedCommands.
1.Becomesuperuserorassumearolethatprovides solaris.cluster.modify RBACauthorizationonanynodeofthecluster.
2.DeterminewhichDIDdevicescorrespondtotheconfiguredRDF1andRDF2devices.

# /usr/symcli/bin/symdgshowgroupname
Note
IfyoursystemdoesnotdisplaytheentireSolarisdevicepatch,settheenvironmentvariable SYMCLI_FULL_PDEVNAME to1andretypethe
symdgshow command.
3.DeterminewhichDIDdevicescorrespondtotheSolarisdevices.

# cldevicelistv
4.ForeachpairofmatchedDIDdevices,combinetheinstancesintoasinglereplicatedDIDdevice.Runthefollowingcommandfromthe
RDF2/secondaryside.

The T optionisnotsupportedforSRDFdatareplicationdevices.
