-Title I Inventory Requirements
-Receive IPADS from ITT tomorrow
-Storage Cart with bins in LRC for end of year
-Label - Purchased with Title I Funds
(label peels, need to be replaced)
1. Check out with ITT
2. End of year - check in with ITT

Each iPad is set with a Ridgeland 122


iTunes account.

The account will not be signed into the


iPad. This is so students are unable to
access the account.

DO NOT sign-in with your own account.

Features

Features:
Guided Access:

Guided Access limits your device to a single app and lets you control
which app features are available.
Set Up:
Settings
General
Accessibility
Guided Access
Turn on or off
Set Passcode-1221
(make sure students do not know this code)

To Start a Guided Access session:


Open the app you want to use
Triple click the Home Button
Adjust settings for the session
Tap Start

To End a guided Access session:


Triple click Home button
Enter 1221
Select End

Features:
Bookmarking URLs:

This feature allows teachers to save a website to their Homescreen. Then,


students do not have to go through a browser to get to a specific site.

Go to website
click the rectangle with the arrow going
up (this can be found in the top right
corner)
Choose Add to Home Screen

STOP FOLDERS:

***Nothing can be deleted***

Wednesday & Friday Routines:


Wednesday:

Make sure all apps are turned off.


Apps running in background drain the battery.
Wipe down screen with Microfiber Cloth
Do NOT use Clorox wipes on the iPads

Friday:
Make sure all apps are turned off.
Apps running in background drain the battery.
Turn iPads completely off
