Abstract
This Presentation is about Employees Perception in the organization. It
confirms the Theoretical model claiming that We dont see things as they
are, we see things as we are. The approach proposed in this presentation
is on fundamental theory especially specified for managing perception &
making sense of world around us. It concisely addresses the conceptual
method defined for accuracy of Information, along with reducing errors of
Attribution & Halo Effect.
