The university thanks the librarian for allowing them to develop a computer system for their company. The system was successfully defended last semester. The university is now ready to deploy the software to ensure requirements are met and the librarian can use it. The deployment team will assist with infrastructure, installation, testing, training and support over two months. As part of our commitment to your company, we are now ready to deploy the software. The aim of the
deployment is to ensure that your requirements have been met and you will be able to use the software
depending on your discretion. The team will assist you in infrastructure selection, hardware and software
installation, testing, training, and technical support. We are expected to complete these tasks within two
months. To track the progress of our deployment, Prof. Reynalyn T. Elon, our project adviser, will make a
constant communication with you. Also, she will visit your company once the deployment of the software
is completed.
