questionsonavarietyofsubjectshavingtodowiththemarket,whatcustomerswant,whathas
historicallyworked,andtohelpstrategizeaboutcompetition.Inmanycasesweeffectively
replacedcompetitiveanalysisdepartmentswithanoutsourcedsharedresource.Thisisoften
desiredbecauseourbeingoutsidersmeanswearelesslikelytoeitherbecorruptedbycompany
biasorbecomeafraidtotellthetruthduetofearsaboutourcareers.

todropintoarut.Notparticularlycharismatic.Notwillingtotakebigrisks.TiedtightlytoWall
