key services. From Sales, Property management, Project Marketing, Commercial/Retail sales

functions and Job responsibilities:
? Provide Admin assistance to the Senior Executive adjunct
? Monthly Birthday and Anniversary lists - to be generated from database
? Data entry and contact updates
? Download price finders monthly every month and Mid-monthly Market Update (in
circulation)
? Clean up "Open for Inspection Data" on Thursdays & Saturdays via database
? Weekly Auction text to be sent out on Sunday
? Send out Cooley(Auctions) Index (between 1st-2nd week of the month) to database
? Update/attach photos to all appraisals in Mydesktop
? Email suburb reports to database with follow up courtesy text message
? Assist with absentee owner research for each listing located on RPdata printouts
