CONTRACT OF PART TIME JOB
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Part Time Job executed by and between:
______________________, a corporation duly organized and existing under the
laws of the Philippines with office address at L-Bldg., Lopues South Square, Barangay
Tangub, Bacolod City, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY and
_______________________, of legal age, single/married, Filipino and a resident of
____________________________, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;
Witnessesth That:
WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY has decided to secure the services of the
SECOND PARTY as ________________ at _____________________ and that the
SECOND PARTY has agreed to accept the terms and conditions of the job offered by the
FIRST PARTY;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the
FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY hereby agree to voluntarily enter into this
Contract of Part Time Job under the following terms and conditions to wit:
1) This Contract of Part Time Job shall take effect on ___________ up to ___________,
_______ or a period of six (3) months. It is mutually agreed that the status of the
contract is a Part Time Job which the FIRST PARTY has no obligation that of an
Employer-Employee relationship which includes SSS, Philheath and Pag-ibig
contribution with the SECOND PARTY.
2) The SECOND PARTY is directly responsible to the FIRST PARTY of the job
assigned to him/her and should conscientiously observed the guidelines, rules,
regulations and policies set forth by OK ENGLISH ACADEMY INC.
3) The FIRST PARTY shall compensate the SECOND PARTY for the services rendered
at Php _____ per hour, however, the SECOND PARTY agrees to deduct from his/her
compensation any advances he/she has made with the FIRST PARTY.
4) Should either party decided to terminate the contract on valid grounds, a thirty (30)
days advance notice should be given by the party who cause the termination.
5) Should the SECOND PARTY commits or violates any of the existing rules,
regulations and policies of OK ENGLISH ACADEMY INC. or commits an acts
which is contrary to law and public order , the FIRST PARTY reserves the right to
immediately terminate the contract or subject to the implementing rules and
regulations for suspension set forth by OK ENGLISH ACADEMY INC.
6) In the event the FIRST PARTY terminates the services of the SECOND PARTY or
vice versa, the FIRST PARTY reserves the right to withheld the compensation due to
the SECOND PARTY pending clearance of all his/her accountabilities.
7) The SECOND PARTY acknowledged that this contract is only on a part time basis
and subject to the availability of the student who wish to avail of the service of the
SECOND PARTY. In the event that there are no students to employ the services of
the SECOND PARTY the FIRST PARTY shall not be liable for any fixed
compensation to the SECOND PARTY as no actual services were rendered.
8) If any of the foregoing terms and conditions be later on declared null and void by any
court or Government agency of competent jurisdiction, the other terms and condition
shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto affixed their signature this __ day of
______________, 2004, in the City of Bacolod, Philippines.
