Throughout this phase of the book, the addict is guided through detailed processes that educate, resource and challenge: helping the addict to grow and develop as a person. Once delivered, the addict is also equipped and guided through processes that will enable him or her to deal appropriately with temptation and get back on track quickly and effectively should the addict ‘fall off the wagon’.
