Use of Music
The music
creates
enthusiasm,
and keeps
the listeners
engaged
with the
story, it
wasnt used
often but it
made the
radio drama
look more
professional
and it was
sort of
calming.

The music at
the start
creates an
illusion of
pressure and
tension. The
script writing
would of
done this
because it
makes the
story line
more
interesting,
and having
the guitar
playing in
the
background
makes it
seem
creepy/

silence
The silence
within the
drama
creates
tension and
shows the
story line of
shock and
upset.
During the
middle
section of
the drama
there isnt
much
silence
involved, it
is just
chatter
between the
characters
and as
though it
was a
normal day
at work.

they are in

within the
science
department of
work force, you
are able to tell
by listening they
have been very
intelligent. They
are in oxford.

and one was
interested in
chemistry.

What is drama
about?

A man who
was driving
along a long
road and
randomly
hits
something, it
shows his
reaction and
what he did
to deal with
it.

you can hear

becoming
scared and
breathless,
this creates
tension and

audience

which makes
the audience
think for
themselves,
thinking of
magic and
crazy things
that wouldnt
actually
happen. It
then
involves the
characters
speaking to
each other
and trying to
find the
monster
they hit.

scenes to
show the
changes,
after he hits
the monster
and when he
goes back to
reality and at
work.

They use
music to
give the
impression
that the
main
character
was at a
party, trying
to chat up a
girl, which
doesnt go
too well, the
music is
involved to
set the
scene and
create the
story line.

At the party
there was
the main
character
who seemed
abit nervous
and
frustrated,
the girl that
blows him off
for the cooler
better guy
and the
others at the
party that
didnt like
Jamie very
much. Jamie
seems like a
young
teenager,
who isnt in
the popular
group of
friends. It
then involves
the guy he
works with at
the burger
place as he
tells him
what
happened
the night
before.
