Personal and Professional Development Plan
You will be aware that throughout your course your commitment to your own
learning and development in your professional life has been and continues
to be highlighted.
Extracts from the Standard for Provisional Registration (2012):
Student teachers:
3.4.2 Engage in reflective practice to develop and advance career-long
professional learning and expertise

will discuss the success criteria with the children before every lesson
