Physics PEKA Scoring Check List

This document is a scoring checklist for a physics experiment consisting of 5 constructs: planning the experiment, carrying out the experiment, collecting and recording data, interpreting the data and drawing conclusions, and demonstrating scientific skills and values. Each construct contains several performance indicators (PIs) that are scored on a scale of 1 to 3, with higher scores given for meeting more of the PIs. The checklist is used to holistically assess the various components of a student's physics experiment.
