Q.1. Determine current in the 30 resistance for the circuit shown in fig.

Ans. 0.79A
Q.2. Find RBC, if voltage drop from B to D is equal to 10 V and negligible current from B to D.

Ans. RBC= 49
Q.3. Use Nodal Analysis to find currents in various resistors of the circuit shown.

Ans. I1 =6.029 Amp, I2 = 2.319A, I3= 1.651A, I4 = 1.299 A, I5 = 1.02A, I6 = 0.95A


Q.4. Using mesh analysis find the value of I1

Ans. I1 = 0.75mA
Q.5. Using Nodal Analysis, Determine the current in each branch of Network show in Fig. also
find total loss in the N/W

Ans. I1= .6A, I2 = .4A , I3 = .3A, I4 = .06A, I5= .03A


Q.6. By Super position theorem find current in R.

Ans. I = 2.06A
Q.7. Determine current through 8 resistor in the Network shown in Fig. Using Superposition
theorem.

Ans. I = 1.6 A
Q.8. Find the current I of the following circuit using star-delta conversion.

Ans. I = 2A
Q.9. Find the current I supplied by the battery for given figure using delta/star transformation.

Ans. I=0.95 Amp.


Q.10. Using superposition theorem, determine current in all resistances.

Ans.

Current through 5 resistor = 2 Amp (a to c)


Current through 5 resistor = 0 amp
Current through 10 resistor = 1 amp ( B to c)
