1. INTRODUCTION
Give a short introduction to the project. You may include information such as the
purpose of the project, any relevant background information, the users and usage of the
system, brief description of problems faced thereby leading to the need for this system,
etc.
2. OBJECTIVES / DELIVERABLES
Describe the objectives that you want to achieve through this project. Objectives may be
both technical and non-technical.
3. SCOPE
Provide details of the work to be done e.g. in terms of subsystems, milestones or
functionalities. Such activities may include both deliverable end products and any other
necessary project tasks.
4. DISTRIBUTION OF WORKLOAD
Determine which members of the team will be responsible for what areas of project work.
Individuals responsibilities should be clearly spelt out.

5. CONSTRAINTS
List any constraints that you expect to face e.g. lab opening hours, different timetable
schedules, etc.
6. RESOURCES
List the hardware and software resources that your project will need.

Describe any problems your project may encounter, and propose how your team will
overcome them.

Include a schedule to show how your team will manage the project over the 15 weeks.
Students are expected to use MS Project to produce a Gantt chart showing the tasks,
resource assignment, schedule duration and dependency, etc.
9. CHANGE HISTORY
Include the different version and changes to the document through the whole project.
