Issue/Symptoms:

Root Cause:
The error QADFIN-3397 alone generally indicates a locking issue regarding to some aspect of the sales order. Concerning issue Q1220058, the customer had a
non-intrusive customization around bdinvoice.p that w as causing an unw anted lock w hen multiple sales orders w ere being invoiced form the same Debtor.

Resolution/Fix:
It w as advised that the customer remove all non-intrusive customization around 7.13.4 Invoice Post and Print. Once this custom code w as removed the
error disappeared. As is general practice custom code is not supported by QAD unless a valid Development or Services contract exists.
