Data Analysis: Project Quantative Techniques

(1) The document presents data analysis of test scores from 100 students in a class. Frequency tables, histograms, frequency polygons, and cumulative frequency curves were created to analyze the distribution of scores. (2) Calculations were made to find measures of central tendency (mean = 54.8, median = 53.8, mode = 54.7), dispersion (range = 10, quartile deviation = 32.7, standard deviation = 22.172), and relative dispersion (coefficient of variation = 40.45%). (3) In conclusion, various graphical and quantitative techniques were used to analyze the student score data, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, relative dispersion and cumulative frequency curves.

INTRODUCTION

The data I presented here is the marks of 100

students in a class which I randomly selected .On
the basis of the data i have drawn
Histogram,Frequency polygon and Frequency
curve.I have also found the Mean,Median,Mode
and also includes range ,quartile deviation, mean
deviation, standard deviation ,coefficient of
variation
