Select an existing user account to activate, deactivate, view and edit

Alumni User Account Information

There is a tab in the left side of the page you can Add Alumni User Account.
After you save this account, this account will default to deactivate. You can
activate this in the view menu.

Events View Calendar

Click the specified date to set an events in that date.

To update and delete the event click the specified date then the you can edit
the selected events and update it or you can delete the selected event.

News Section there is a text field and button that can post a news with its
headlines and its content, then click button to post the news. In the right side
of the page you can see the existing posted news and you can click and edit
the selected news.

This is the form that can edit to update the selected news or delete.

Login User

Alumni

profile User

Alumni User can see all compile yearbooks in the school, if you are a Primary
Alumni you can see all the Alumni in the Primary and it is the as in Secondary

Alumni.

You can view the alumni batch in that specific year, you can click the image
of that alumni user then you can see their updated information or you can

email them.

This is the form that can see the update information of the selected Alumni
User Account and you can email them or you can see their contact

information that provides by the selected user.

There is a settings in your account that can update your profile, change your
password, and log-out your account.

This is the form that can change your default password. The default password
is the last name of the user and its provided by the admin after the account is

created and activated.

This is the page the can update your profile, about yourself, status, current

address, etc.
