Doka Formwork Components in Tekla Structures

The Current Doka systems available on the Tekla Warehouse are automatically installed into
the Applications & Components catalogue available in Tekla Structures.

The catalog structure is controlled by the 3 following files which are downloaded into the model
folder at the during the download process of each available system (the catalog setup is merged
automatically)
01_DOKA_Floor_System_ComponentCatalog.ac.xml
02_DOKA_System_Components_ComponentCatalog.ac.xml
03_DOKA_Wall_System_ComponentCatalog.ac.xml
These files should be copied to your Project, firm or system folder defined
in XS_PROJECT, XS_FIRM, or XS_SYSTEM.
Then you need to reopen the model in order to see the changes to the catalog

The catalog contains a wide range of Doka items to choose from

Each component has an input example available on the dialog

For most components it is a simple 2 point input. The 2nd point generally defines the direction.

For panels it is recommended to input the panels in a plan view

Certain Items such as props and braces, the 2nd point defines the length

In the wall system there are examples of more intelligent components to aid the input of
repetitive items

Their dialogs also show the input if the input is more than select a single part, the example
below shows you need to select 2 panels in order fot he claps to be applied

A report is available in 4 languages, English, French, German and Spanish ready for import into
excel
