What do you notice? Does the class have any strengths or weaknesses? They
know what the teacher want from them but they had a lot of mistakes.
Are there learners who finish activities quickly? What do they do when they have finished?
Yes, they start walking and returning the items in the correct place.
Are there learners who do not finish a task(s)? How does the teacher deal with them? She
punishes the naughty and those who didnt understand her instruction she repeat
for them.
Are there any learners with special needs? How does the teacher meet their needs? There
are no special needs.
How does the teacher manage learners with different levels/abilities? She rewarded the
smart. She gives star for the good behaving and who have low understanding
she let them to answer first and encourage them.
Observe one of the learners for the rest of the day and make notes.
