This document summarizes a nonconformance report (NCR) issued by Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) for their Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development Project (RAPID). DESCRIPTION OF NONCONFORMANCE (by Initiator)


A. Power Installation Typical Details (RAPID-P0001-CCSM-ELE-STD-1300-1220)
Cable tray shall be secured to cable tray support with hold down clamp. Refer to page 10/25 and page 20/25
Cable ladder shall be secured to cable ladder support with hold down clamp. Refer to page 20/25
Connector plat shall be install in between two cable ladder or cable tray for connection purpose.
Non Conformance:
1. Cable tray secured to cable tray support with bolt & nuts. Please refer to attachment A
2. Connection in between cable tray using Spot-welded techniques. Please refer to attachment A.

B. Vendor Typical Layout (U-LI Steel Cable Ladder Typical Layout & U-LI Steel Cable Tray Layout)

All fitting , i.e. bends, tees, risers, elbows, etc. shall be supplied by ladder rack or tray manufacturer. Please
refer to attachment D

Non Conformance:
