11/15/2016

Lime Stone Crusher 100CR1 got breakdown due to feed of excavator tooth (which
was mistakenly arrived with lime stone). The breakdown occurred at 10:00AM. A
grinding bar (located at 4th row from top towards NDE) found brocken upon
inspection work. Replacement work done and crusher re-started at 04:00 PM on
mechanical clearance. NOTE: Grinding path adjusting bolt base plate with
supporting block get damaged.
Tertiary crusher feeding belt 200BC3 discharge hood venting line clearing and
dust collector hopper jam clearing work done.
Raw Mill inlet mounting flange bolt broken for 4 nos. Replacement work done for
all these four bolts.
Fabrication and red oxide coating work for safety guard for 100BC3 tail end pulley,
completed.
Routine inspection of complete circuit has been done and found OK.
Pre-heater hot cylone Air Slide checking work done and found OK.
Pre-heater hot cylone Air Slide support structure fixing work.
Coal hopper vibro-feeder discharge chute modification work completed.
Kiln all supporting rollers cleaning work and chair plate cleaning work.
Cement packer machine spout no. 4 connecting hose damaged, replacement work
done. And all other spouts inspection work done, found Ok.
Arrangement of required materials for fabrication of Tail pulley guard for belt
conveyors.
Assisting in water circulation system ( upon Pump house requirement) for smooth
run of the plant.
Men power handed over to Raw Mill Section during L/S crusher breakdown.

11/16/2016
Lime Stone Crusher stopped as 100BC1 belt conveyor get punctured. Required
patching work done by wraping 650 mm over 800 mm belt for a span of 1200
mm. Mechanical stoppage of L/S crusher taken from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Tertiary crusher feeding belt 200BC3 discharge hood venting line clearing work
done. Dust collector hopper poking point replacing work by a higher size pipe,
work in progress. The replacement done for easy cleaning of hopper as & when
required.
An actual drop test taken at 200BC4 ( tertiary crusher discharge belt conveyor)
and found to be 74.880 TPH while set point ranging from 71 to 72 TPH.
Material arrangement and fabrication of shed over panel for R/M bag house
puppet valve. Work is now in progress.
Routine inspection of complete circuit has been done and found OK.

Kiln inlet seal two times greasing work done.


Kiln all supporting rollers cleaning work and graphite powder sprinkling done for
two times. Migration for 1st Tier = 8 mm, 2nd Tier = 2 mm & 3rd Tier = 6 mm.
Lubrication work for 500DPC1, 500CC1 &2 chain conveyor done.
Chain conveyor 500CC1 supporting plate fixing work done for the lubrication of
drive motor.
Air Slide fan 500FN18 air filter cleaning work done.
Coal truck trippler hopper vibro-feeder chute side plate fixing work.
1000BC1 belt to Coal hopper approach monkey ladder fitting work done.
Complete pyro-section circuit, routine inspection done and found Ok.
Cement mill tripped due puncture of 800BC2 reject belt. Required patching wor
( for a length of 500 mm) done. Mechanical stoppage of mill taken at 08:30 AM &
clearance given at 12:40 PM while the mill started at 02:40 PM.
Flyash Bucket elevator 700BE1, fixing of electrical switch boards as per need of
E&I.
Assisting in water circulation system ( upon Pump house requirement) for smooth
run of the plant.
Clinker Silo finishing work.

11/17/2016
100BC1 belt conveyor put in contineous watching for any breakdown. Necessary
instruction given to CCR to run the crusher circuit up to 250 RPM. Required
maintenance work in progress.
Tertiary crusher feeding belt 200BC3 discharge hood venting line clearing work
done. Dust collector hopper new poking point welding and flange bolt fixing work
done.
Raw Mill bag house puppet valve electrical pannel shed fabrication and necessary
sheeting work done as per need of E&I Dept.
Raw Mill circuit compressor no.-1 (300CP1), mechanical maintenance work done.
Trial taken and found Ok. Now it is in operation.
Routine inspection of complete circuit has been done and found OK. Necessary
cleaning and greasing work in progress.
Kiln inlet seal two times greasing work done.
Kiln all supporting rollers and chair plate cleaning work and graphite powder
sprinkling done for two times.
Hot cyclone air slide supporting structure fixing and venting work.
Cooler all cross beam roller and eccentric arm & main shaft bearing greasing work.
Clinker Silo top bag filter pipe line necessary patching work done.
Coal mill all route blowers filters cleaning work done.

Pre-heater compressor filter cleaning work done. Oil level checked and HE
cleaning work done.
Lubrication work for 500DPC1, 500CC1 &2 chain conveyor done.
Clinker silo dust collector 200DC2 all venting pipe line cleaning work done. And
collection of material for handrailing work at top floor of dust collector.
Assisting in water circulation system ( upon Pump house requirement) for smooth
run of the plant.

11/18/2016
L/S Crusher stopped due to breakdown in belt conveyor 100BC1. Stoppage taken
from 07:00 AM to 09:30 AM. Maintenance work done by patching & belt fasteners
(25 Nos.) fixing work. Necessary instruction done to CCR to run the crusher up to
300 RPM.
100BC1 Belt conveyor put in contineous watching for any breakdown.

Fabrication and fixing of a maintenance plateform for 100BC1 and approaching


walk way work in progress.
Raw Mill diaphragm bolt 01 no. fixing work done. All the diaphragm bolt tightening
work checked. Grinding chamber 2 nos. liner bolts found loose, required
tightening work done.
Raw Mill Girth gear gresase drum (BECHEM Berulit GA 400) replaced by new one,
as the previous has sufficient low level.
Raw Mill reject belt conveyor 300BC1, all bolts of skirt board has been tightened.
Routine inspection of complete circuit has been done and found OK. Necessary
cleaning and greasing work in progress.
Kiln inlet seal two times greasing work done.
Kiln all supporting rollers and chair plate cleaning work done. To enhahnce
migration for 2nd tier required greasing work done. Migration for 1st Tier = 6 mm,
2nd Tier = 2 mm and for 3rd Tier = 8 mm.
Coal vibro-feeder 1000VF1 chute modification work done.

Coal Mill solid flow meter impact plate alignment of PC firing done.

Kiln Girth Gear and Coal mill girth gear Servo Coat 120 greasing work completed.

Clinker Silo top bag filter pipe line necessary patching work done.
Lubrication work for 500DPC1, 500CC1 &2 chain conveyor done.
Blending Silo all root blowers and Air Slide fan's filters cleaning work
Dismantling of ceiling rope at Cement Silo top for the water proofing work by Civil
Dept.
Cement Mill inlet chute required patching and welding work done.

Cement Mill inlet mounting flange bolts broken. Bolt replacement and tightening
work done. All mounting flange bolts tightening work also checked.
Cement Packer Machine bottom bearing and 6 no. spout impeller bearing greasing
work done.
Fabrication of Tail pulley guard for belt conveyors for the cement mill section. Work
in Progress.
Clinker silo top dust collector 600DC1, Tie and bracings welding work in progress.

Lime Stone Crusher running as per material available in the hopper. Routine
inspection of complete L/S circuit done and found Ok.
100BC1 Belt conveyor patching & belt fastners fixing work done for a length of
1600 mm. Total 14 nos. belt fasteners fixing work done. Now the L/S crusher is
running at 350 RPM.
All the four weigh feeders in Raw mill section (200WF1 to 4) bearing housing
cleaning and greasing work done.
Raw Mill inlet mounting flange bolt broken for 5 nos., all the bolts has been
replaced by new bolts. Bolt tightening work also done.
Tertiary Crusher both the bearing housing cleaning and greasing work done.
Ram Material hopper belt conveyors 200BC1 & 2, all pulleys bearing housings
cleaning and greasing work done.
Kiln retainer ring welding and grinding work done.
Kiln brick jack 07 nos. repairing work and ISMC-200 channel cutting and new
channel fitting & welding work done.
Coal Mill hot air duct expansion joint fabrication work by MS plate, work in
progress.
Belt conveyor 600BC5, belt joint has been opened. Required patching work done.

Fabrication of Tail pulley guard for 800BC2 belt conveyors for the cement mill
section. Work in Progress.

11/22/2016
Lime Stone Crusher running as per material available in the hopper. Routine
inspection of complete L/S circuit done and found Ok.
Lime Stone crusher area near truck trippler, a structural platform get damaged
( during unloading of truck into hopper). A new structural platform fixing work
done.
Raw Mill grinding chamber door opened as per requirement of process dept. After
opening the door, it is informed to process dept. to proceed their activities.
Raw Mill bag house insulation sheet opened ( about 4 Sqr. Mtrs.) during running of
the plant. Required sheeting maintenance work done.
Lime Stone Weigh Feeder 200 WF1 rubber belt get wear out for a width of 100 mm
and throghout the length. Required patching work in progress.
Raw Mill inlet trunion HP (High Pressure) pump pressure checked; it is found
healthy to run the mill.
Kiln tube casting plate anchor (100 Nos.) fixing work done.
Coal Mill hot air duct expansion joint fitting and welding work completed.
Cooler scaffolding fixing work for tube casting anchor fixing work.
Preheater bucket elevator 400BE1 , all the bucket bolt tightening checking work
done.
Kiln bricks supporting screw jack plate 05 Nos. fitting work done.
Cooler all supporting rollers bearing greasing and main bearing greasing work also
done.
Below clinker silo all the reciprocating feeders ( total 08 nos.) drive area cleaning
work done.
Fabrication of Tail pulley guard for Clinker extraction belt conveyors, work in
progress.

Fly-ash bucket elevator 700 BE1 drive motor de-coupled as per need of E&I for
their inspection work.
Fabrication & fixing of supporting structure for holding electrical junction box;
work in progress.
Steel Cement silo to Air Slide 900AS3 structural pipe line connection work.

11/23/2016
Lime Stone Crusher running as per material available in the hopper. Routine
inspection of complete L/S circuit done and found Ok.

Lime Stone crusher 100CR1 gap-adjustment work done. Now the minimum gap
(bottom gap between bow bar and grinding path) is fixed at 25 mm.

Fixing of compressed air extraction pipe with ball valve at raw material hopper
building done.
Raw Material Hopper L/S Weigh Feeder 200WF1, material removed for belt
patching and hopper discharge chute skirt rubber modification work. Required belt
patching and modification work completed.
Raw Material Hopper L/S Weigh Feeder 200WF2 material cleaning done. Hopper
discharge chute required modification work done. Preparation for weigh feeder
belt patching work in progress.
Raw Mill grinding chamber inspection door closed after clearance from process
dept.
Belt conveyors 100BC4 & 5 and 200BC1 & 2, all pulleys bearing housing cleaning
work done for greasing work.
Klin Grate cooler all nut-bolt inspection work done. During the checking some
bolts were found loose. All the bolts tightening work done.

Deep pan conveyor 500DPC1 all the bucket bolts tightening work done.

Coal mill duct expansion joint fixing work done.

Grate cooler all the process fan 500FN11 to 500FN16, impeller coating cleaning
work done.

Cooler outlet hood sealing wok under progress.


Kiln outlet tube casting frame fitting and welding work completed as per need of
Process Dept.
Cutting and grinding of a 2 mm sim plate ( Size: 1800 mm X 180 mm), as per
need of Process Dept.
Coal Mill top bag filter fan 1100FN11 & 1100FN16, impeller coating cleaning work
done.
Rotor Packer Machine all the silencers ( total 24 nos) removed and new silencers
fixing work done.
Packing plant cement flow line cleaning work between bin to packer machine.
Work completed.

Cement mill both the oil pumps filter and oi strainer cleaning work done.

Fabrication of monkey ladder approaching to flyash bucket elevator 700BE1

Fly-ash shed sheeting work.

Lime Stone Crusher running as per material available in the hopper. Routine
inspection of complete L/S crushing circuit done and found Ok.

L/S Weigh Feeder 200WF2, all the belt fasteners removed and required belt
patching work done throughout the entire length of the belt.
Raw Mill CA fan 300FN1 coating cleaning work done.
Raw Mill Bag House fan 300FN2 coating cleaning work done.
Raw Mill reject belt conveyor 300BC1, belt joint somewhat opened. Required
patching work done by belt solution.
Inspection and required bolt tightening work for skirt board of all the weigh
feeders 200WF1 to 200WF4.
Kiln outlet hood tube casting frame fitting and welding work completed, as per
need of Process Dept.
Kiln outlet bricks lining tightening work and SS plate (40mmx20mmx8mm) 20
pieces cutting & fitting work done as per need of process dept.
Kiln outlet spring plate damaged and fixing of new spring plate done, work
completed.
Cutting and grinding of sim plates for brick lining work as per need of Process
Dept., work completed.
Coal Mill main bag filter inspection door opened and bag cages checked.
Inspection door closing and sealing work also done. Rotary vane feeder removed
and material cleaned and RVF fixing work also done.
Deep pan conveyor 500DPC1 all the bucket bolts tightening work done.

ESP drag chain conveyors 500CC1 & 2 , inspection door opened and required
tightening of chain done. New tensioning plate fitting & alignment completed.
ESP drag chain conveyors 500CC1 & 2 drive & non drive end side greasing work
done.

Cement Mill Girth gear lubrication pump oi filter and strainer cleaning work done.

Cement packer machine 2nd no. spout opened and inspection of impeller blade
done and found Ok.
Cement Silo both aeration blower run for proper blending of material inside the
sio.
Tail pulley guard for belt conveyor 600BC2, fabrication work in progress.
Fixing of de-watering pump to the pit of Flyash bucket elevator 700BE1. Dewatering work in progress.
Fabrication of monkey ladder approaching to flyash bucket elevator 700BE1
bottom boot casing pit. Fitting work also done.
Fly-ash shed sheeting work.

Lime Stone Crusher running as per material available in the hopper. Routine
inspection of complete L/S crushing circuit done and found Ok.
L/S Weigh Feeder 200WF2, all the belt fasteners removed and required belt
patching work done throughout the entire length of the belt.

Raw Mill CA fan 300FN1 coating cleaning work done.

Raw Mill Bag House fan 300FN2 coating cleaning work done.

Raw Mill reject belt conveyor 300BC1, belt joint somewhat opened. Required
patching work done by belt solution.
Inspection and required bolt tightening work for skirt board of all the weigh
feeders 200WF1 to 200WF4.
Kiln outlet hood tube casting frame fitting and welding work completed, as per
need of Process Dept.
Kiln outlet bricks lining tightening work and SS plate (40mmx20mmx8mm) 20
pieces cutting & fitting work done as per need of process dept.
Kiln outlet spring plate damaged and fixing of new spring plate done, work
completed.
Cutting and grinding of sim plates for brick lining work as per need of Process
Dept., work completed.
Coal Mill main bag filter inspection door opened and bag cages checked.
Inspection door closing and sealing work also done. Rotary vane feeder removed
and material cleaned and RVF fixing work also done.
Deep pan conveyor 500DPC1 all the bucket bolts tightening work done.
ESP drag chain conveyors 500CC1 & 2 , inspection door opened and required
tightening of chain done. New tensioning plate fitting & alignment completed.
ESP drag chain conveyors 500CC1 & 2 drive & non drive end side greasing work
done.

Cement Mill Girth gear lubrication pump oi filter and strainer cleaning work done.
Cement packer machine 2nd no. spout opened and inspection of impeller blade
done and found Ok.
Cement Silo both aeration blower run for proper blending of material inside the
sio.
Tail pulley guard for belt conveyor 600BC2, fabrication work in progress.
Fixing of de-watering pump to the pit of Flyash bucket elevator 700BE1. Dewatering work in progress.
Fabrication of monkey ladder approaching to flyash bucket elevator 700BE1
bottom boot casing pit. Fitting work also done.
Fly-ash shed sheeting work.
Steel Cement silo to Air Slide 900AS3 structural pipe line connection work.
