Due to the heavy workload of the public prosecutor, the private prosecutor is authorized to prosecute the case from beginning to end, even in the absence of the public prosecutor, until such authority is revoked. The city prosecutor, private prosecutor, and complainant agreed to and approved this authority, and the presiding judge approved the private prosecutor representing the state.
