Reflection 1
Reflection 1
In the first day I met the vice principal, shes very excited and welcomed us. I and
my colleagues discuss with her everything that we have to cover during TP. I went
to my MST to say hi for her and discuss what I have to do and she should help me to
achieve my goals and get progress in the gaps that I have it. To communicate to
each other we decide it to give phone numbers and emails to share and discus if
there is problem. From her I take a teacher guide book it helps me to get the ideas
and complete my lesson plan. I print out the students names to complete my
checklists for behavior management.
Every day I observed 3 classes to choose which class I decide it to works on to
complete my research and assessments. I face difficulties for choose the class
because every class there are behavior students and misbehavior students. In the
end of each class I read my notes again and again to decide. Then, I decide it to
work with grade 2 section 3 because they are more quit than other classes.
I help my MST to done her work and give her ideas to create effective environment
in her class to get the students excited and active. I do flashcards about numbers
and alphabet to decoration the classroom.
