Polynomials Rubric

This rubric evaluates students' understanding of polynomials including modeling, operations, analysis, and comparison of equivalency. Students can score 1-4 points in mastery: a score of 4 represents thorough understanding and mastery of algebra tile models, operations, and solving problems accurately with no errors; a 3 represents proficient understanding with clear explanations and few minor errors; a 2 represents some understanding but only being partially able to demonstrate and explain with several minor errors; a 1 represents little understanding and being unable to demonstrate or explain with major errors.
