As a part of our study of MBA programme, we are given capstone project
work to develop our analytical skill as professional students. The topic I
choose here converges on two major giants in global market:
1. Central
2. Shoppers Stop

Why has this industry/topic been selected?

Ones a customer get inside the store he will find all kinds of products available

that may be Cosmetic, Garments etc.


The promotional activities inside the store or outside attract all the customers

which eventually increase footfall at the particular store.


So this topic is the comparetive study of promotional activities between Central
and Shoppers Stop how their promotional activites will satisfy customers which
will help them to gain more footfalls.
