market?
What is the impact of credit sales to the business?
Are number of customers increasing?
How much is the estimated net sales for the month?
Are employees satisfied for their wages?
Is the branch manager doing well for his
responsibilities?
ANSWERS:
1. The company is primarily dealing with the people; it
cannot be
avoided to receive some complaints from the
customer. Especially, we people have different
perspectives and educational attainment. The
receptionist must be patient enough to entertain
those customers and no matter how tired she is in
explaining to the customer such issue repetitively,
still the receptionist must be cheerful. It still isnt
avoidable to have products with factory defects. The
next time they want to purchase products, they need
to double check the products before accepting it and
selling to the customers. The customer should fill up
on a logbook with his complains and there is a one
month agreement for such product to be a subject
for replacement.
2. Sales agents are really not the primary means of
promoting the product but if there are willing to
apply as sales agent, they would accommodate the
applicant. Once the application was approved, the
agent would certainly get his commission a month
after the approval if he could sell a product to a new
client and after six days to one month from the date
of release of purchased product.
