ANALYSIS
In what area of classroom management was the teacher most effective? Which of the supportive
measures were effective? Why?
All of the supportive measures observed were effective except for some issues with discipline which in my
opinion are just naturally given that the observed students were just minors.
In what area of classroom management was the teacher least effective? Which supportive measures were
not effective? Why?
It cannot be said that the teacher is less effective when it comes to discipline, there may be some issues with it
but it should be considered that the students are minors and are prone to disciplinary issues.
Suggest more effective ways for your answer in number 2.
I think it is normal that you cant follow all the guidelines in classroom management when it comes to
the actualization of the activity.
Sometimes teachers have to give a lot of time to emphasize the topic to the pupils.
REFLECTIONS
Describe at least 3-5 characteristics of a teacher who can establish a well-managed classroom.
The teacher should be organized, strict but fair and dedicated to the teaching profession to be able to establish a
well-managed classroom.
What characteristics do you have at present that can make you an effective classroom manager?
Elaborate how these characteristics can help you.
At present I can claim that my characteristics are being organized and fair. By being organized I can easily
assign tasks to myself and my would be pupils. Fairness is a trait that a teacher should always have, for without
it no pupils will respect him even if they fear him.
What characteristics do you have at present that can hamper you from becoming an effective classroom
manager? How can you overcome these characteristics?
Focus is the main characteristic that this writer lacks at the moment. But with due time and given more
responsibilities he believes that he will overcome it.

CLIP ART ESSAY
Title: The future Global Teacher
Message: With the rapid growth of information technology, personal computers, netbooks, tablets and other
personal devices will greatly aid the teachers of the future. By being able to store large amounts of data some
of these devices take the equivalent of 20 textbooks or more. The future classrooms will be equipped with
LED screens to better display the lessons and as it is also touch screen capable, so interacting with the lesson is
more enjoyable for the teacher and the students.
Reflection: With the undeniable influence of technology in future education especially in more advanced
countries, a teacher who wants to teach in a country that uses these technologies in their educational system
should at the earliest possible time learn how to use these gadgets.
