Mr. Satiram Yadav (Bittoo Ji)


Chairman

Mr S R Yadav are the pioneers of BTW INDIA PVT Ltd. They established the organization and
nurtured it with passion and pride to bring it to its current glory.
They are the wizard in the fields of Traditional Indian Cuisines, Appetizers and Desserts. They
strive to present and win the faith of every individual with world-class quality products and
wonderful range of Catering Services.

J.N KUSHAWAHA
(CEO)

A Management Graduate and seasoned Food Technologist from HBT Kanpur, after successful
steering food majors like Nirulas and Bikaneravala in key leadership roles has joined at the helm
of affairs with BTW India Pvt Ltd as a Chief Executive Officer. At BTW he is creating,
communicating, developing and implementing the organization's Vision and Mission into right
direction. He is also playing a key role in shaping long-term growth strategies for the company,
besides building BTW Chain of Restaurants an exclusive brand in India and Abroad. He is also
President at Society of Indian Bakers, Wheat Product Promotion Society as Vice Chairman,
Member of Technical Board and Advisory Council of Assocom Institute of Bakery Technology
and Management and also has attended the Extrusion Processing Technology and
Commercialization short-term course at Kansas State University in Manhattan, USA. He has
achieved Gold Medal from Society of India Bakers for Excellence in Bakery Art and Craft and
various other Awards & Recognitions for his meritorious services. In his leadership BTW is
adding new dimensions to the Brand.

VISHAL YADAV
(Director-Corporate)

Mr Vishal Yadav represents the younger generation of BTW thought process. Being a
Management Graduate from IIPM, he possesses immense knowledge & maturity in

administering solutions at BTW. Considered as a sober personality, he effectively helps the


Management in solving all man & materials issues of the Company. Hailing from a modest
family and having experienced life from up close & struggle at a very young age, he has very
good knowledge and understanding of Company Challenges. He currently heads BTW Corporate
Department as a Director-Corporate and also handles all the Operational Synergies at BTW. He
is working hard to achieve the Vision of his Mentors.

SIBABRAT SAHU
(VP- Business Development)

A Qualified Hospitality Professional, tenure around 20 years with Leading Hotels of The World ,
Top notch Brand like I.H.C.L, Taj Group, E.I.H Ltd, The Oberoi Group, Starwoods The Le
Royal Meridian and Prominent Retail leading players Bikanervala Foods Pvt Ltd and Haldirams,
in a Senior Management level, Corporate GM Operation Country Head. Roles and Responsibility
was to deliver the task with exceed expectation on a given time frame. Graduate and
Professionally qualified from IHM. Accolade from COO of the leading Hotels & VVIP,
Burecrates.. lived demo on IBN, CNN, NDTV, Eastern Mosaic Television Channel & Concurrent
write up in Upper Crust Magazine, Member of WACS, USA as well SICA India. As Vice
President-Business Development his responsibility at BTW includes conferring & working with

the Entrepreneur and CEO for Benchmarking the BTW as a Leading Brand in Global Market,
Methodologically develop Fund Rising, Profit Improvement & Business Tie Ups, Allied
Diversification in various Projects, F&B Verticals in Process Packed Food and increasing BTW
outlets Domestic and International Level . Moreover, A key contributor for the Organization
Development.

DEVENDRA SINGH
(VP-Retail Operations)

A result oriented Hotel Management Professional from DIMS having more than 18 years of work
experience in Hospitality Industry. Before joining BTW, he has worked with Bikanervala as
DGM-Retail Operations. As Vice President-Retail Operations at BTW, his responsibility is to
look after all the Retail Outlet Operations on day to day basis and manage the customer delight.
Apart from, he is also involved in setting up of new outlets full filled the budget, compliance and
delight customer by providing quality, hygiene and service.

RAVI YADAV
(Chief Strategy Officer)

A Management Graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Allahabad,
with more than 7 years of management consulting experience across different sectors like
Finance, Transportation and Tourism. As a strategic think tank of BTW, he is focused on creating
a cost efficient, system driven and quality focused organization centered around customer needs.
He has worked under Dr. Abdul Kalam, India's ex-President, on a socially responsible project
and demonstrated his strategic thinking competencies in several International and National
Competitions.
