Executive Summary
The purpose of this business plan is to invest long-term funding to open an Eastern Food franchise in
Sunderland. The owners of the company are willing to invest significant amount of money to its
operations. The franchiser, "The VerMili" is one of the fastest growing franchises in Sunderland.
Sales last year topped $10,000,000. The chain is positioned somewhere between traditional fast
food restaurants, and sit-down restaurants. This segment of the market is adjusted to the health
benefits of their eating habits, are more conscious of their buying habits than the general population,
and more importantly, they have higher incomes and are willing to pay more for a better fast food
choice. Our goal is to be that choice in the central area of Sunderland.

The following franchise business plan is based on 2 years of experience and highly focused on
following the path of prosperity. The sales of Eastern Foods based on current period of time and
actual sales might be higher as this business is getting popular very fast. The projection in this plan is
original and will be used as a budget for business. The restaurant Eastern Foods will show a profit
almost immediately, and will contribute to the increase in sales and profits each successive year of
operation.
