REPORT
Introduction
Starting a business is not for the fainthearted. It is very stressful and demand practically all your
time and attention. On the other hand, it can also be a great experience personally and
professionally. The main objective of this report is to analyze the important aspects to have an
own business, based on the experiences of some business owners.
I interviewed 2 different business owners and said the following:

I.- GENERAL INFORMATION

1. How did you get started in your business?
To begin with, she had to make a loan at the bank to get financial support, to buy all the
equipment, products and materials necessary for her business.
2. How difficult was it??
At the beginning was very difficult because I had to invest a lot of money, and the early
years of my business I didnt have much gain because I had to pay the loans. Also, it was

very difficult till get clients.


How did you learn what was necessary for your business to succeed?

First of all, success lies in the good customer service. Second, open every day the
business and have a fixed schedule of attention. Third, be always warm, friendly and
reliable customer. Be innovative, updated every month new nail designs, cuts and hair
styles for both men and women. Also, Use the best products for customers, because the
best is in the service quality. Finally, we must also take into account the place comfort
and cleanliness.
4. Have you thought about quitting or giving up? Why?
No, she has never thought about giving up because it cost her much effort. She knows
that there are very difficult moments, good and bad days and sometimes there are not
many customers, but the key is to be persistent and above all, love what you do. On the
contrary, she has thought of expanding her business, make it bigger and after a few years
to open a branch.
5. What suggestions would you give me to start a business?
Be responsible, fear of failure, and you are not in a position to become close friends with
your employees. Offers new products or services. Be patient. Ignore the negative. Be
flexible

III. CONCLUSION SECTION


In conclusion, to have a business it is essential to have sufficient knowledge about the
services that are going to provide. Narcisa study 3 years and has a degree of Master in
beauty, she also studied cosmetology, image consulting and design of nails. Her business
is doing well because she gives a very good attention to customers and always brings new
things to innovate their service. The downside is that she do not spend much time with
her family and she had to sacrifice many things to have her own business. Remember that
every sacrifice then has its reward.

1. - How did you get started in your business?


She started her business eight months ago. She made some loans to buy all the equipment
necessary for her business. Also, it was essential that she acquire and seek some products
providers for her business. The hardest part was that she had to find good employees.
2. - How difficult was it??
It was very difficult because it is a huge responsibility. It was also difficult because she
does not spend much time with his family.
3. - How did you learn what was necessary for your business to succeed?
For my business to be successful it was necessary some things. First of all, the constant
attention. The sazon of the food. The fresh food and that it has a good flavor. Also, good
customer care. Be courteous and polite. Adapt the place in a formidable and comfortable
space. The hygiene of the place, the people working and the food is very important.
4.- Have you thought about quitting or giving up? Why?
Yes, but it was at the beginning because I did not have many customers. I sold 5 lunches
per day. I did not have many sales. So, I thought to close my business because I had
nothing to gain. Then, with the pass of the time, I was having more customers and now I
sell more than 150 lunches and special dishes each day. So, Im very happy for that. I will
continue with my business and keep progressing day by day.
5. - What suggestions would you give me to start a business?
It is a good idea to enter an area of business where you have experience. The obvious
upside to entering a business that you know a lot about is the rate of failure will be lower.
Have a smart marketing plan to attract interested people, and then convert them to
customers is your number one priority. Finally, always, have a good attitude.
III. - CONCLUSION SECTION
In conclusion, we must take into account all aspects to maintain a strong business.
Especially a food business must have a good location, and above all should be a cool and

comfortable environment. Also, the business requires a lot of time, effort and money.
Finally, starting a business is a stressful and pretty much demands your complete focus.
On the plus side, it can also be a fulfilling experience professionally and personally. So
you have to be careful before starting a business

IV. - PICTURES

General conclusion
In conclusion, in my opinion to begin with your own business, is necessary to have an extra
capital to cover all expenses. It is also necessary to study and prepare in the field that you want to
have the business. Is indispensable to have determination and love for the things that you are
going to do. You have to take risks and if does not come out try again. The most important thing
is the good care and service quality. Be friendly, polite and honest with customers. Is necessary
to be smart, business savvy and always try to find ways to better engage customers and keep
them coming back. Also, I suggest choosing the best location is also a great opportunity to reach
potential customers! Dreaming about how fabulous your business can be is good; but doing some
to get it there is sensational. It's all about the hustle: the decisions you make and the actions you
take each and every day that'll get you where you want to go. I recommend branding your
business online using social media. Setup a Facebook page, twitter account, instagram, etc. This
has been very beneficial to a business for getting customers and lead generation. "Having high
expectations is the key to everything".
