Why I deserved to get the scholarhip or the undergraduate program from TCI
PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia is a multinational company which provides
integrated services in mining, civil construction, oil and gas and telecommunication
across a number of operational locations throughout Indonesia. Its committed to
continuously developing skills and providing opportunities through various special
programs. Now, PT Thiess Contractor Indonesia offering an undergraduate program to
Indonesia Student university to receive a scholarship and to build a professional career
together with PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia. Regarding to undergraduate program
from Thiess Contractor Indonesia, I would like to apply for some reasons that make me
deserved for its.
I am a student of University of Indonesia ( UI ) with electrical engineering
specification. There were many reason why I chose that major, belongs to my first essay.
Now Im in third grade or 6th semester exactly. After all I got so many knowledge about
basic study and also my major specification in electrical engineering. In my major, we
used to get so many tasks. Almost all of the subject come with assignment. But I think its
not to be a problem for us because it just a training to be a better person that can handle
many tasks in the same time or with many pressure. So Its fine for me weather Im
working in a condition with many pressure or many tasks to do. This is one of the basic
for me to get your offering.
I feel confident working as a member of a team, and enjoy working
collaboratively with others. For example, as my experiences in playing the important role
to manage some people in an organization, that were many conflicts and the groups
interests which I had to response them by problem-solving. I got much experiences of
working under pressure in the field of my previous organization. I learnt the importance
of communication in order to enable such a small team to remain informed about the
different activities in which each member was involved.
Besides of my experience in an organization, I am also working as an laboratory
assistant in my faculty. The laboratory is about high voltage and electrical measurement.
In this laboratory we are consist of many people as assistant as one team.With this team,
we facilitated some practical work and training for the electrical measurement tools to
another students. In this laboratory, we also get some project, beside we specified in
measurement, so there were so many company offering their things to be measured agree
with their need. For example, LG offering air conditioner to be measured in the
temperature. And there were so many. In this laboratory, sometimes we get some project
from our lecturer, especially for student who working with their final test for graduation.
I learnt much from this experience as assistant because beside I get theory from lecture, I
also get skill in practical and familiar with many measurement tools. I think this is also
will be good experience that I will use in your company if you give me an opportunity.

I also interest with your track record after this time. PT. Thiess Contractors
Indonesia has been delivering industry leading contract mining and construct engineering
services to project across Indonesia for over 20 years. Its also give the best for employer,
such giving them people happy for working there. And there are so many things like
leadership development, excellent training and development, placing the safety in
primary object, stimulating and satisfying people work in best condition with good
environment and soon. I think its the best service so every people can work hard beside
enjoying their work, and with this state can deliver the best result. With this condition Im
very interested to join you beside all the study and experience that I can contribute, and I
also want to study more from you.

can get many experiences beside build a professional career through good programs and
collaborating with the other communities or people as I am looking for my career . It will
be suitable to my educational background and social activities experiences in my
