Received a complaint from our client because
he said that the project's progress is too slow
and he also wants us to spend alternate days
at Clearvision with the SDU manager to fully
understand

Misunderstanding of project roles and data

client wants us to assist Ajit in entering their
jobs into Simpro. Additionally, we can't use
the data as there is not enough information
on there about their jobs.

Impact on Project
The client not being happy could lead to
project being cancelled or worse, project
failure.
This limits the amount we can learn from
each visit to Clearvison. Inefficiency can
lead to the project falling behind.
This impacts our project as tasks completion
are delayed and we cant make any changes
to the policy as we havent received any
feedback.
Although we are still ahead of schedule, we
still consider this as an issue because of the
fact that we are struggling to structure a
final plan for our data analysis which can
lead to future setback of certain tasks.

Although we are ahead of schedule, this is


causing us a delay in doing our data
analysis for the project due to the fact that
we still need to help Ajit in entering their
data properly into Simpro. We are also not
meant to do data entry as we believe that it
is not a part of this project.

the team will go there every Monday, from 9:00AM onwards

We have decided to use the ETA data instead for the mean
time whilst Ajit is still putting his data together on Simpro
and we still need to discuss this new plan/metter with Sam
and get his opinion on this.
