Batch Adsorption Process

The document describes an adsorption study using 1g of adsorbent. It presents data from three trials measuring the absorbance and concentration of samples over time as the adsorbent is exposed to the samples. The adsorption capacity (qe) increases over time as the concentration decreases, leveling off around 9.2 mg/g after 80 minutes of contact time. Percent removal also increases with contact time, leveling off at over 90% removal for all three trials.
