This chapter gives an overview of the entire project which particularly includes the
market study, technical feasibility, financial feasibility, socio-economic study and
organizational management study.
Providing this summary gives the reader a blue print of the project before
giving attention to details as they read further to succeeding chapters.
Significantly, this chapter can address queries concerning the reason behind the
name of the enterprise; the location choice; conception the drives industry choice;
the long term objectives of the business in terms of size, industry role, sales, profit,
and market share as well as its corporate social responsibility.
Another scope of this chapter is to determine its feasibility criteria such as

bound to pioneer Filipino inspired smart bags. COVER Smart Bag (Contactless
Versatility Bag) is the enterprises premier offering that is designed to create Blue
Ocean. Upholding to value innovation, this product will pursue significant
differentiation and low cost.
BO Technology aspires to continuously discover, design, and develop
products that will not solely conform to the existing demand of the market but also
to create demand through introducing breakthrough offerings. The enterprise
embraces its main goal of delivering product quality and consumer satisfaction at
an affordable pricing scheme.

In its early operation, BO Technology will be introducing its premier product


COVER Smart Bag. It is a technologically designed bag meant to reinvent its

the users NFC enabled smart phone. It features nature friendly approach through
highlighting its resourcefulness through recycled materials like the water lily that
made up the bag.
