The malfunction typically occurs with print
cards older than 10 years. To avoid the risk of
print card failures, we recommend the crew
to check the status of the print cards.

The above card, marked ASB MOD. 1 is one
governor
of the oldest cards. Newer versions exist,
but they are also considered too old. They
differ in the mounting of the relays, and are
marked ASB MOD. 2.
All card versions with the relays mounted in
sockets should be changed.
The cards, where the relays are mounted
directly in the print, should be evaluated for
discoloration. This is seen in the top right
photo. If your card looks like this, it must be
replaced!
