APPLICATION CHECKLIST
The following documents must be submitted to the East-West Center to be considered for the Asia Pacific Leadership Program.*

Asia Pacific Leadership Program Application form (2 pages)

Cover Letter

Essay (maximum 500 words - see application form for essay questions)

Curriculum Vitae

Optional: Request for Supplementary Scholarships Beyond the EWC Entrance Fellowship

Official Transcript for the highest degree obtained (in envelope sealed by the school)

Two (2) Letters of Reference (in envelopes sealed by the Reference author)

A Reminder for Applicants:

Does your name appear in English on all documents, including letters of reference and transcripts?

Did you sign the application forms with a HANDWRITTEN signature?

Did you provide an original official transcript and degree certification? (Photocopies will not be accepted.)

Deadlines:

Scholarship Application Deadline: December 15, 2016. Applicants who require supplementary scholarships are strongly
encouraged to apply by this early application deadline. Scholarship resources are limited and awarded according to merit.
Final Application Deadline: March 1, 2017.
Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed.
