Employment : Good Morning Miss
Interviewer : Good Morning too, please sit down in here and make yourself as
comfortable as possible.
Employment : Okay, thank you
Interviewer : Can you tell me something about yourself ?
Employment : Let me introduce myself. My names Gita Aryani. I was graduated
as a D3 with specialist of Receptionist from Santa Maria College in
Jakarta. I have been working as a Receptionist for one of regional
bank.. At work I dictate and promote a positive atmosphere for the
entire office by using my excellent communication skills, customer
care knowledge and extensive administrative experience. My daily
duties include managing the switchboard, maintain an orderly
reception area and answer incoming phone calls.
Interviewer : Why did you decide to apply for this job ?
Employment : I would like to work as a receptionist as I enjoy working with the
public and feel I can overcome any problems they may have and I
have good organization skills.
Interviewer : What are your goals in five years time ?
Employment : I want to become a better receptionist and enjoy my job.
Interviewer : What is characteristic for a good receptionist ?
Employment : Good receptionist should be positive about yourself and the
others, helpful and always consider the needs and desires of guest
as your first priority
Interviewer : What languages do you speak ?
Employment : Im fluent in English and Indonesian too.
Interviewer : Why do you think you are perfect for this position ?
Employment : I think I do well in this job because my education and knowledge
gained from my college life is suitable to this job and will be
beneficial for the company too.
Interviewer : Why should we select you ?
Employment : As I know very well you have a great list of candidates all are
very good and talented, but I know that I am best for your
company due to my hard working, sincere, dedicated, well
disciplined nature apart from this honesty which is most important
quality for any employee and I will be proved definitely asset for
your company.
Interviewer : Tell me about your ability to work under pressure and how much
stress you can handle ?
Employment : All jobs in the world has a pressure, pressure is a part of work.
Once you had passed by, you always will gain experience to
improve yourself to manage every situations.
Interviewer : Tell me about your weaknesses ?
Employment : Being organized wasnt my strongest point, but I implemented a
time management system that really helped my organization skills.
Interviewer : What are your salary expectations ?
Employment : Salary is not important for me and I would be happy to earn the
same as other receptionist workings in here.
Interviewer : Okay, welcome in my company, you can job as receptionist on
tomorrow.
