Information/ Liaison Unit


The information Liaison Unit has the following duties and functions:
Provide information and researched date required for the formulation of policies
and processing of necessary documents and forms;
Develop plans, strategies and implements information dissemination activities for
the concerned project beneficiaries;
Maintain an effective liaison with the various concerned agencies, national and
local, and the project beneficiaries on matters and issues concerning the project
implementation.

Loan Processing Unit


Responsible for the review on completeness and processing of documents
submitted to the Social Housing Finance Corporation for purposes of facilitating
Purchase Commitment Line and Mortgage Take-Out.

Project Development and Management Unit


a. Responsible for the administration, operation and management of development
plans and programs for full implementation of the project.
b. Provides technical assistance, supervision and monitors implementation of the
project;
c. Coordinates with other agencies/group involve in the project;
d. Prepares and recommends work program, target schedule, cost and performance
direction and prepares analysis thereto.
