OBJECTIVE

Description:
YES bank provides secure, online communications for Network banking application
processing. Application was built to handle secure retail banking application. This website
offers a suite of free on-line services such as end-to-end solutions. In addition to these
current services, it also shows the various products and service descriptions and gives
customers the ability to apply online. The website offers an extensive corporate history
and profile as well as community relations, shareholder relations and news sections.
Roles and responsibilities:
Worked with Scrum Master, Implemented the Agile methodology of software
development.
Facilitated in Daily Stand-Up meetings to gather teams progress on the project.
Facilitated in Planning, Sprint Review Meeting, and Sprint Retrospective
Meeting.

Facilitated JAD sessions for the requirement analysis.


Conducted meetings with business users and SMEs to identify and gather various

Worked on Mortgage loans application for approvals, options and lending from various
source systems. Reconciling the data between bank and customers ledger and data
repository.
Roles and responsibilities
Gather Business Requirements using different requirement techniques like
interviews, surveys, use case outlines and brainstorming.
Functioned as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders, operations
and the development team throughout the project cycle.
Involved in the creation and maintenance of the workflow plans and artifacts.
Played a pivotal role in Planning, Testing, and Implementing system
