Introduction

Hello!
I would like to take the time to let you know I am excited to have been selected to serve
as your new principal! I feel it is important that during this transition we maintain and
build positive relationships with each other to help establish our schools vision and
maintain our vision for the future. In beginning this great school year together, I have
developed an entry plan to hear your concerns, assess our needs, and continue to
make our school great!
This plan will exist over the next six months as I meet with and/or collect survey data
from all stakeholders and the end product will be shared in January.

Goals:
1. To get to know all of the staff and students at Alamo JH to build, establish and
maintain positive relationships.
2. To understand the history of Alamo JH and continue to support our schools
traditions.
3. To establish a No Place for Hate community and establish teambuilding and
relationship building through Social Emotional Learning.
I m extremely excited that you will be joining me on this collaborative journey for us
to reach our common and professional goals at Alamo JH.
