Sprint Planning Checklist


This checklist is need to check in every Sprint Planning.

Required Invitees:
1. Scrum Master (facilitator)
2. Product Owner (sets the goal and priority)
3. Development Team (plans the work to be done and determines how much it
will take)
4. SME/Key stakeholder who can provide insight on user stories being
considered(Optional).

Purpose:
The scrum team establishes and commits to sprint goal and identifies requirements
that supports that goal by a set of user stories and supporting tasks that satisfy the
teams definition of done for each requirement (Define done criteria).

By End of meeting Scrum team feels comfortable with the sprint
goal and identified user story that supports goal. Team know
exactly on what they will work on. Burn down chart is setup. PO
confirms the goal is aligned with vision.

Daily Stand Up Checklist


This checklist is need to check in Daily standup.

Required Invitees:
1. Scrum Master (facilitator)
2. Product Owner (optional)
3. Development Team

Purpose:
Identify as a team. Working together to solving problem and improvements.
Increase team synergy of coordinated effort. Sense of sharing Goal. Trust on team.
