PROCESS FLOW ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE APPLICATION FOR INITIAL ENVIRONMENTAL EXAMINATION CHECKLIST (30 WORKING DAYS) Itis a simplified checklist version of an Initial Environmental Examination Report prescribed by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to be filled out by a proponent to identify and assess a project's environmental impacts and the mitigation/ enhancement measures to address such impacts. Applicant . - Start _., Submits application to Environmental Screening Officer Impact Assessment Management Screens ECC application Division (EIAMD) for screening v Applicant Pays filing and processing fee v Records Section Receives application then forwards: to Case Handler v Case Handler Evaluates, conducts site inspection, prepares report, denial letter and/or drafts ECC to be forwarded to EIAMD y Regional Director * Requirements Approval or denial of ECC including deliberation * Duly accomplished application formiletter * Initial Environmental Checklist * Processing fee amounting P4,000.00 v Records Officer Releases ECC or denial letter
