Course Description:
This is a specialization course that leads to a Telecom OSP Installation (Fiber Optic Cable) National Certificate Level II (NC II). Two (2) core competencies that a student ought
to possess are identified, namely: 1) installing and splicing/joining aerial/underground fiber optic cables, and 2) performing optical testing and repair. The preliminaries of this
