    The project will repair and resurface approximately 1790 feet of Old State Route 21 just north and south of Rock Creek signal in Meramec Heights. The $379,031 project will be funded 80% by federal funds and 20% locally. Work will include repairing failed concrete joints, milling and overlaying travel lanes, reconstructing shoulders, and adding rumble stripes. A full road closure of approximately two weeks will be required to replace pavement near Rock Creek Road, with a signed detour route. Daily lane closures are also expected during the project, which is scheduled to begin in September 2016 and finish in late November.
