The documents provide procedures for properly parking and mooring aircraft to protect them from weather conditions and ensure safety.

The steps include parking the aircraft into the wind, engaging the parking brake and gust lock system, installing wheel chocks and covers, and attaching safety pins.

The steps include installing turnbuckles and shackles to attach the landing gear to ground mooring rings at specific angles to secure the aircraft.

WHEN THE WIND SPEED EXCEEDS OT IT IS FORECASTED

TO EXCEED THE LIMIT CALCULATED IN FUNCTION OF
AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AND CENTER OF GRAVITY, THE
MOORING PROCEDURE SHOULD BE APPLIED TO AVOID
AIRCRAFT MOVEMENT.
LIMITS ARE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CHARTS:
-FOR DRY GROUND SEE FIG.102100-MOG-00110
-FOR WET GROUND SEE FIG.102100-MOG-00120

MOORING PROCEDURE IS APPLICABLE TO THE

AIRCRAFT NOT IN OPERATION, OUTSIDE AND PARKED
ON ITS WHEELS.
NOTE: MOORING SHOULD BE ALWAYS PERFORMED WHEN
AIRCRAFT IS PARKED ON SNOW OR ICE COVERED
SURFACES.
MOORING HAS TO BE PERFORMED WITH FLAP
SET AT 0 DEGREES.

WHENEVER ONE OR BOTH ENGINES ARE REMOVED,

CALCULATION OF THE NEW CENTER OF GRAVITY IS
NECESSARY USING CHART OF FIG 102100-MOG-00100.

CHANGES IN CENTER OF GRAVITY USING THE
CHART IN FIG. 102100-MOG-00100:
- INITIAL WEIGHT: 13700 KG (30203 LBS)
AT 27%.
- WEIGHT WITH ONE ENGINE REMOVED:
